killenit Hi Tammy, I am very sorry about the Torrid top and West 49 hoodie. I feel quite bad about this and understand the return. I honestly though that was the style of the top and will be much more diligent on future shipments, a lesson learned for me. Again so sorry!

jamaica1998 @nb_posher Bonjour Tammy. I have ordered a Lemax Christmas Tree (the exact one) directly from the company. It will be delivered to your house. When I was doing your box, I accidentally packed the mascara in another box. That was the last one I had. I found a few on other poshers closets, obviously brand new. I can order it and when I get it, I will send it by express mail. Tomorrow I am also sending you a care package that I hope you will enjoy. Let me know what you would like me to do.

That 13.50 shipping is the killer!! The conditioner is in the same price point of the missing mascara, so we can call it even… how’s that sound??

taralazar hi! I saw your review & I just wanted to apologize if you thought the gold didn't stand out on the charm. The last 3 photos on the advertisement were my own photos, taken in natural light, no filters, so I thought I was being as accurate as possible. It is not my intent to decieve people, & I strive to take the most accurate photos possible.I truly try my best to take accurate photos to avoid this kind of stuff, & I truly didn't notice it was at all different from the photos 🥺

nb_posher @cmchardy your status will not be affected. You should have received an email stating what’s going on and that the window to ship is now 10 days instead of 3. As long as you get it to a PO before 10 days, you’re good.

cmchardy @nb_posher in the F group someone asked and were told it actually does effect your shipping time numbers that there isn’t a way for them to change the system. It’s just posh that’s okay with you shipping later. They said once you get more sales later it will equal out but I only get a few sales a month right now.

kamariad_ You have way to many Temu/Aliexpress jewelry items misrepresented as 925 silver. Well over half of your silver listings are from them and not real silver. Anyone who buys it and does a very cheap nitric acid test is going to report to posh for a refund and get you banned. Not to mention it’s illegal across Canada to misrepresent precious metal content.
