Tammy, while packaging the Franko Sarto shoes I notice flaking under the lip (tongue). It isn't anything noticable on the outside. I am sorry and want to do what is right by you. Do you want to cancel the shipment? If you still want them I will give you a $10 credit on your next purchase. It is up to you.
