Hi Tammy. Reaching out about the Frye boots. Did you contact Poshmark to inform them that you did not receive the shipment? I can let them know also but I think the notification has to be initiated by the buyer. Let me know. Also wasn’t sure if you were aware that the rating buyers provide reflect the experience with the seller and condition of the garment. Your 1-star rating tells potential buyers that I dropped the ball!
