@prncestam i want to apologize for the delay as i normally ship next day. I ended up in the ER Tuesday evening after being bit by a spider st my aunt's cookout. They admitted me due to the fast spreading infection and i was just released tonight. I'm going to ship tomorrow for sure! Please forgive me!

@prncestam hello Tammy :) that's what my parents were going to name me but aunt used it first lol. Hey so sorry I haven't got this shipped I've been working 12 hr days and daughters in basketball six days a week 😱 its been overwhelming week so I didn't even realize it sold till posh sent me a ship reminder. I have it packed up and ready for mail box should I ship it or cancel? It been a week so just want to make sure you still want it. Again sorry ☹️❤️

I goofed , I’m sorry no coffee this morning and sent you a blue celtic ring instead of the navy dark blue ring which you had ordered . If you contact customer service and tell them wrong item received they’ll give you a return slip to send it back . We can then put through the request again for the blue ring if you like . I’m sorry. Go under your purchases section . Find the ring , click on it and see at the bottom “contact Customer Service”. I’m surprised that they didn’t reach out to you already . I told them . They’ll get you a return label . Once I receive it , I can get you the correct one out to you. Thankyou . Bobbi

Posh Support has reached out to both of us it seems twice . In order for you to initiate the return you need to do the following: In your purchases section, find the ring . Scroll down to bottom where it states :” order inquiries and click on that . Click on “item not as described “. There’s a time limit so if you want to do a return you should do it soon as when time expires , they consider sale final and they release the funds .
