I responded on the order but wasn't sure if you received it there.
I am disappointed as well. I apologize. I would not list an item without disclosing an issue if I had found one. I do review items when I take pix and before I package them.
I honestly didn't see it.
I would never intentionally list an item with a tear. I have high standards for my work and I couldn't be more upset with myself for missing it.
