Hi! I'm Taj. Thank you for visiting my closet. I consider every purchase a gift and a blessing. You can shop anywhere, and you chose me—I am honored and grateful for your trust. All clothing has been turned inside out and inspected to make sure there are no stains, no rips, and no piling. All clothing has been dry cleaned or washed in a baking soda/vinegar solution and ironed or steamed, then disinfected with Odoban. I have severe allergies and do not use fabric softener or bleach. I ship same or next business day from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Wishing Peace and Happiness to everyone who reads this. 💕🙏🏼💕

We were stationed in Florida for 5 years and now Alabama. And we finally are going to retire to this area 😍 Thank you again 😍😍

I moved here in 2007 from Houston when I got married-talk about culture shock!! I think the worst thing about NYC is the rats. nycgrits @bettyboopertoo Oh the rats are so bad that NYC created a rat portal like 10 years ago so we can report rats and also check to see if an address has reports of infestations before moving to an apartment. They’re even worse after the lockdown. Google NYC Chipotle rats and you’ll be shocked. We’re actually in Briarwood, which is a really nice area, but I won’t take out trash after dark. 😢

nycgrits @tammythrifty Hi Tammy. You are so kind! Thank you!! I LOVE the vinegar/baking soda hack. Fabric softener actually coats clothing and they get dirty faster and it’s bad for your washer or dryer. I have no issues with static and my whites are whiter. Google it—you’ll see a million testimonials but I use 1 cup baking soda in the wash and fill the fabric softener compartment with vinegar for the rinse. Clothes smell and feel amazing!! 💕

nycgrits @willowsgigi All children are absolutely a gift and a blessing from God, especially for someone like me whose childhood was filled with trauma and confusion. When I didn’t know Him, He knew me, and carried me through and blessed me with 3 children who gave my life purpose. And through having purpose I searched for meaning and was led to Christ, who saved me and sustains me with peace and joy.

willowsgigi @nycgrits hallelujah that’s beautiful! I have 3 beautiful adult children… and MANY that I love as my children. I was raised in a family of believers, especially my two grandmothers (one Assembly of GOD, the other Pentecostal), so I knew the truth; I was saved about 12 yes old, but I didn’t understand and was given a lot of man made traditions. My true ‘awakening’ to the LORD was a few years ago, after 40 years of ‘wandering in the wilderness’.🙏🏽❣️

kmmontone As to your P.S. on sharing. Someone told me it is not all that effective. When you share to your followers, it doesn't go to your followers. It may show up on the feed page, but that is random and it or may not show up there. I also heard it was better before they changed their programming. I haven't been doing this for very long, so I don't know how it was before. This is just what I heard from other poshers.

nycgrits @kmmontone I’ve also read that sharing others closets isn’t effective but I do still share others listings every day and often shop while sharing, just without the stress I was feeling because I felt I had to return every single share within 24 hours. Now I use that toolbar and share my entire closet several times per day and sales have increased after a 3 week dry spell.

nycgrits @kmmontone More tips…It also helps to instead of sharing, click edit and next next or even adjust the price up or down and repost. You can also copy the listing, delete the old listing, and make a new listing (delete “copy” from the new listing). Every time I do those things or list new items I get 3 or 4 sales. Never decline offers, no matter how low. Always counter and let the buyer accept or decline or counter.

They have lower fees and an item that someone offered $16 for here just sold on M for $20 and I just listed it there yesterday. Share your closet several times every day and follow new people because they’re often joining specifically to buy. Wishing you many sales and blessings. I’ll make sure I visit your closet often. ❤️
