chrissyb100 Hello I am sad to say I didn’t hear from anybody and I took the liberty to wear them... I had the incident happened to me twice in one week where I receive someone else’s item and they got my blouse.

chrissyb100 The incident with you was the second time it happened to me in one week. And then I chalked it up as being a casualty of war you win some you lose some however it doesn’t sit well with my spirit, however I feel like I was not compensated properly in the first incident so I felt like this was redemption for me.

chrissyb100 I got my pants yes I did at that point though I had made peace that the pants were gone so then I wore the shoes. PoshMark didn’t give me the option to have the lady who got my blouse send it to me. I instead I ended up with a blouse and a color I don’t wear a size I can’t fit so again it felt like this Second incident was redemption for me because I had to eat the first incident.

chrissyb100 I feel bad about it but then again I don’t. I get tired of being the one to bend over backwards all the time shopping on this site. It’s clearly not your fault not in the least... it’s just the nature of the beast that’s what someone told me they told me (from Poshmart) “failure is part of the process”.

chrissyb100 And then I just had to live with a blouse I can’t wear... pissed me off. I wrote Poshmart to let them know they didn’t offer me the same courtesy for the person who receive my blouse to mail it to me and then I mailed them their blouse to them...

chrissyb100 no, they didn’t offer that to me, why not? I wrote them and I’m waiting for a response if they can get my blouse back I’ll send your shoes back. I know it sucks and it doesn’t make me feel good at the same time I don’t feel bad either. ...there’s a flipside to it and I’m advocating for myself.

plinggirl @chrissyb100I'm sorry for your past experience. But here are my concerns. You stated clearly you would swap the items. The seller and I went out of our way to deal with PS. And they responded in less than a week from the initial complaint. And it only took that long becuase you mistakenly accepted the item. So poshmark had to make sure my claim wasnt fraudulent. We both got label emails on the on the 8th. I contacted you on the 9th to say i was shipping the item.

plinggirl @chrissyb100 You could have said 1) i dont plan on returning the item becuase of a previous incident 2) ive worn them..to which i would have said i will take them. You just penalized two people for the wrong of someoneelse. If everyone went around punishing others for the wrong done to them by others then how would this world function? Once the product leaves the hands of the sellers...poshmark can only do so much to get the other party to return the item.

plinggirl @chrissyb100 The platform is successful based on the integrity of its users. Why not just add a disclaimer to your profile advising in the event of a wrong shipment you will keep it. Appreciate your honesty. Will advise poshmark of our concerns. Hopefullly they will put into policy buyers who dont return items that belong to them with be triple charged for the item and banned from the site.

plinggirl @chrissyb100 Also how does hurting others a means of advocating for yourself? This has happened to me in the past as well with one experience ending in me getting the item and in the other instance i never recieved it. But i wouldnt dare go around inflicting that kind of burden on someone else. Should I now do this to someoneelse because of my 2 experiences? Wouldnt you want the next time this happens to you for an item you like ...someone does the right thing?

plinggirl @chrissyb100 Finally back to my point about the platform succeeding based on the honesty and integrity of the users. Just as poshmark can't physically force the buyer or seller to give you your blouse they cant force you to give me my shoes. No one forced me to return your pants... I am an honest person and despite my previous negative experiences i still followed through.

plinggirl @chrissyb100 Me and the seller actively engaged you and you never once mentioned your issue with a blouse order and you intention not to return the shoes until that was resolved. You said would send my shoes when you recieved the label. You never even checked in with us on the status of our claim. This could have all gone smoothly if you were honest with your concerns and intentions
