@ayin33 Also, the tracking information is not really telling us where the package is exactly located, other than, it just has been saying that it is in ‘Transit to the next facility’ for las last 3 days, but not exact location. I really hope that this gets resolved right away, because I don’t think is fair that you should wait this long to receive your item. I will keep you posted!! Hi Sydney, you purchased a Green Necklace from from us yesterday and we usually ship the same day but when we were getting ready to package and ship beads were missing. A hook that keeps the beads together had broken off. That was the last green one, we apologize as we did not know about nor does this happen with us.
