sycamorejade @slmellio404 I was surprised to find random tags inside the box. The purse was folded to ship. Upon inspection there was a cut across the front and wear on the corners. Those were not disclosed in the description. They were evident when the photos were enlarged. The price reflects that, so it was on me to inspect closer before buying. The VB purse was in excellent condition and is already well loved by its owner. The sweater is in great shape as well. Thank you for the bonus items.

bluxangel_13 All that you described is strange. Purse was in excellent condition before it was packed. Not sure about extra tags? That sounds strange if not weird. I would not ship items that had damages. Something not right about all you described. Again. I am sorry that happened. I do not foresee it ever happening again. Very strange. bluxangel_13 Inspecting pics: no cut. A pocket outlined and trimmed in black. No evident wear on any corners. Item was as listed. None of what you describe. Maybe you are describing damages during shipping to the box? Not sure. 😀

gopokesosu77 @sycamorejade i wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a secure envelope and mailed within 12 hrs Idk what else you could need honestly. Its not a harmless thing it affects peoples ratings and their standing on posh. I get it thats how you feel I just hope you’ll consider these things next time when a seller ships the day of and keeps you updated and the item gets there in one piece with no damage. Its not worth knit picking small things like that
