I am deeply sorry for sending you the doll with marks. You are welcome to return her for a refund, please let me know for details. Posh may allow the return. I don't like disappointing customers and am sorry. I'm not the original owner, I got her from Posh like that. I try to ensure things are good before I send them. You seemed eager to get her, so I wanted to respond promptly. If you want to keep her, Google removing pen ink/marks on American Girl Dolls for recommendations.

@kimberlymauldin how do I fix the scratch into her leg? And how do I get off the other stuff that seems likes it’s stuck onto the legs? I was eager to get her because it’s a Christmas gift from Santa for my daughter. Well it was going to be. I just wish you would’ve shown these major imperfections in your pictures...especially since the doll has shorts on and you can completely see them when you turn her around.

I don’t want to keep her but I think I missed the return/complaint window while I was trying to remove the ink and cement like stuff on her legs.
