USPS says that those stickers require a special handling fee. I will resend them to you, if you still want them with regular shipping. Let me know. I had them wrapped in individual boxes inside of another big box surrounded by padding . Anyway, one of the mugs has a broken handle. I had gotten a new shipping label from Poshmark too! I am so sorry....all that shipping back and forth across the country was too hard on them. I reached out to Poshmark and asked them to refund your money.....and I am sure they will. So srry❤️🌸

sstrangfield @p_hutchison No need to send another. I just thought you may appreciate the feedback for improvement. It would have been better to state there were scratches and show them with pictures to fully inform buyers what they can expect to receive. Shipping in a box would have better protected the metal mug from dents instead of a recycled Ipsy bag. The point being it’s much better to be upfront in the post than risk disappointing the customer.

ajaknm @sstrangfield I shipped the blouse this morning. My Posh shipping label had expired so I paid the way myself, but the tracking then does not appear in this system. Please let Poshmark know when you receive it, since otherwise the system won't know that the shipment has been received, because of the new tracking number.
