hillaryshouston @smyrick1217 unfortunately the other buyer was on a different app and is not required to return the item so it’s up to them if they choose to or not. Your charm was more valuable than theirs so fingers crossed that they do the honest thing and return it. Again I’m so sorry for the inconvenience and I hope the free gift and full refund are a satisfactory resolution to the situation.
