susanmay384 @aquiredforyou Hi! THANKS FOR THE WELCOME. I actually do have a question. How, as a buyer, do I contact administrators to settle a difference of opinion about returning an item I feel was misrepresented by the seller? She has bypassed the responsibility on to them. Thx!!

aquiredforyou If I had that issue I would go to my closet page and scroll down to the Poshmark Support Center and discuss the situation with them. I’ve only had to contact them one time in my 2 1/2 yrs and they were great at helping me get it resolved and they were very quick with a response

derinda @susanmay384 actually, I did follow Poshmark’s policies as a long time seller. When there is a dispute, you the buyer contacts Poshmark and open a case. I did not pass on my responsibility, I am following their rules.

susanmay384 @derinda Yes, because you explained that in your last message, I understand it now. You didn’t tell me that at first; you just said you were sorry and defended yourself. I also realize now (unless I don’t know where it is) that the reduced price of just the shoes isn’t specified anywhere. Admin will figure it out from here, I guess. As I see it, the accidental mistake occurred when you thought 39 = sz10. Mistakes happen. When they do, we make it right. Just my feelings on the matter. Thanks

derinda @susanmay384 I hope you understand that I could not give you a refund it Hass to go through Poshmark. That’s why I told you to open the case. I’m glad you were refunded as I will have no problem selling my items and of course I will put the correct size of the shoe in the listing. Have a good evening.
