Hey there! I wasn’t sure how to get a hold of you, so I’m doing so here. You just ordered some Vivienne Westwood shoes from me (thank you!), and I accidentally damaged them as I was packaging. I tore a corner of one of the shoes, so I canceled the order. I am so sorry! I am going to re-list with a new pic and lower price because of the damage. So sorry for the inconvenience!

@suzar yes! I am so, so sorry! I would be happy to sell them to you for $5. On one of the shoes, there is a tear near the inside. Tomorrow I can re-post. I will post the pic with the damage. Hi Susan. I shipped the Balenciaga bag to Poshmark for their inspection yesterday. I’ve sold several items that were shipped to Posh first, so I’ll tell you that it was wrapped very carefully, the mirror in its own wrap to prevent any scratching etc. I’ve seen that when Posh forwards them, they aren’t as quite nicely presented. But you will LOVE this bag and I thank you again for your purchase. Return anytime❣️❣️

Hi Susan. I’m very disappointed that you believed the Balenciaga bag to be ‘dirty’. That bag was maybe carried twice if ever and I wiped it out myself and used leather cleaner on the outside. I apologize for disappointing you, I was excited for you to receive that beautiful bag 😞

Pls don’t apologize! I guess we all have diff standards! If it was just dust and lint I would have let it slide, but there were hairs as well. Pls don’t take it personally! @suzar Hairs?? Impossible. That’s why I dislike the method of going through Posh first. Was it at least wrapped (and the mirror individually)? I’ve sent numerous things through this process, I sold a Burberry for $800 yesterday. I used GLOVES when I cleaned your bag. Thank you at least for the 4-star❣️❣️❣️
