modaragazza @mickeyminniec Yes, I emphasize strong communication & have an open door policy.. whatever the case may be, I will resolve it for all my clients. I never noticed any tears.. I never got to wear them.. is it something I can have my tailor fix? These cost me over $200 at Nordstrom and want you to have an excellent shopping experience while doing buisness with me. modaragazza @mickeyminniec Oh wow.. I honestly wasn't aware of that. That's not good. Listen.. it looks like from the pictures that a patch could repair that.. maybe minor stitching. If you have a tailor nearby.. I would be more than happy to pay for the fix. It would be much faster than if you were to ship it back to me to get to my tailor in the city. It's completely up to you.

I had one bad experience on Posh with a seller. I bought a mood lipstick from her, and when I opened the package it looked like it had been melted. Of course she was no help, very rude, even blocked me. But of course, she had already gotten the funds.

I contacted my tailor, showed her the pictures and she is going to repair for me. Its really not necessary for you to keep those pictures up any longer because they have been forwarded to all the proper channels.
