sunshinedushane @itsaniah_13 Unfortunately I have never sold an item, I've only made purchases dear. Similar incident... I did have to return something and when I did that, poshmark sent my email a shipping label, I then printed it off and I just took that same shipping label to the post office and they hooked me up with a package, it was all free on my end and should be on yours as well. You should be able to find your answer in the "FAQ'S" section. I'm sorry I couldn't help much.
