ohmybelle6 @staciaorourke I literally wore this dress 1 time on a very cold day in the city for thanksgiving and I didn’t wear anything under the dress l, just tights and boots. So my arms were exposed and I was fine in the restaurant. I had a coat on over though outside. Lol. It’s a great dress!
