grp1080 Hi! As I was boxing up your candle I broke it! I'm sooo sorry! With that said, you have 3 options wait until my next BBW online order comes in w another candle. OR cancel your order w me altogether OR pretty much name some other candles you'd like and I'll probably have one on hand and you can get a new scent. Again, I apologize 😔 G

ke850 Hi! This has never happened to me in the 4 years I’ve been doing this, but I put this ornament in my mailbox on Monday when you purchased it and it never got scanned. Either someone stole it out of my box (we never get traffic on our dead end street in the country) or the mail person took it. I am going to report it at the post office in the morning. Again I’m so sorry about this and will cancel the order as soon as I check with them
