lisaballz Hi again! I just dropped your package off at the post office. I noticed a little wrinkle in one of the cups when I was packing it up, nothing bad or defective at all, but it annoyed me so I tossed in the other purple/pinkish one I had listed as well. I try to be totally transparent in my descriptions and photos but after I took the pictures I must not have smoothed it out when I stored it. You may not even notice, but I did lol. So it’s a 2 for 1! Yea you!!!

lisaballz Thanks again for the wonderful review. You’re too kind. I received a not so great one earlier because I didn’t ship a shoebox with some gorgeous Jordans she purchased. I use the boxes in the pictures so there’s not a big glare from my glass table. It’s easier than trying to get a good angle to keep the glare down. I didn’t even think to put in the description that the box wasn’t included and it upset her. I totally get it and I felt terrible and offered a refund but I never heard back.

lisaballz Actually, because of the misunderstanding, I went through all of my shoe listings and added that the box wasn’t included. It was good feedback for me, and I needed to correct it. I genuinely appreciate constructive criticism. When I didn’t hear back, I thought it was ok. It wasn’t. Today she reviewed me and gave me 4 out of the 5 stars. Totally bummed me out. What really upset me was she said I got an attitude with her. I swear I didn’t.

lisaballz I wish I’d had the chance to speak with her because the tone she was reading my message in was not accurate at all. I felt bad. It’s on the post of the shoes she bought for anyone and everyone to see, so some of the other PoshMark ambassadors messaged me and said she was being dramatic, but I defended her. I mean t if she’s unhappy, thats what matters to me. I really felt bad. Sorry for rambling. I just wanted to let you know you lifted my spirits, and I’m so appreciative of that. Thank you.
