dany_chiik @missmydaddy I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the package. Tracking is provided and updated through Poshmark, so I have no control over that information. Tracking was provided through USPS and it shows the package as delivered at the front door/porch at 11:48am on May 8. Have you contacted Poshmark about this?

vinzomama I'm terribly sorry there was an issue with the sweater, had I noticed damaged seams, I would not have listed this item. The only flaw I noted was the sleeves, however I do sometimes overlook & truly apologize. I did contact Poshmark support to see if you could return it. .. you could also take pictures & open a case to get a refund. Again, I am terribly sorry a out this & looking into making sure you're happy.
