newyork_outlet @s_reese_07 17.5 cm and 19 cm / 6.9in - 7.5in you can reorder new bracelet and open a return case I don't know if poshmark will accept the return case but as I said as long as it's n Brand new unworn as you received I can exchange it. Otherwise I don't know how reshipping fee will work 🤷🏻‍♂️

s_reese_07 @newyork_outlet I’m sorry I’m being dumb. If I reorder it will charge me again right? I am willing to put money in with the bracelet for shipping the new one. Will this work instead of going though the system? I would like the 17.5. It was never worn as it is way to small and it’s a Christmas gift
