Hi,
Iβm sorry if the boots you purchased wasnβt completely to your satisfaction. The shoes are brand new and had never been worn, the shoes had came that way from the supplier and I apologize for not checking on it thoroughly and did not notice the difference in the stones. If the stones are really that obvious and not to your liking I am more than happy to take them back. Thank you and I apologize again.

You may be able to sign in to USPS and reroute the package to your local post office so it can be held for you. I hope youβre doing well and I hope you receive everything OK!
