grinandwearit @shireen91 OMG!!!! I just realized what happened! I got yours and another Posher's orders mixed up. I sent her yours and yours hers. I apologize profusely!!! I am so so so sorry!!!!! I don't know what to do besides refund your money. The other Posher has opened a case against me, so I will contact Posh Support and try to get this sorted out. I do not blame you for being upset!!! grinandwearit @shireen91 I contacted Posh Support to help me remedy my mistake. I will be more than glad to refund your money or try to get the orders straightened out. I have never done this before and I don't really know what to do, but I want to make things right. I am so so so so sorry!!!! Debbie

grinandwearit I contacted Posh Support and asked for their help. Yes, you can absolutely get a refund. I messed things up, I fully intend on making thins right. If I can get both of you to send them back to me, I will send you the correct item at no charge. I just have to wait for Posh to issue shipping labels to you I think. I don't really know how to do this without their help, but I will get this fixed, I promise you! Again, I am so very sorry!!!

grinandwearit @shireen91 Can we please wait on Posh Support to help with this. I think they will issue you a return label so nothing gets charged to you. I take full responsibility for this. If they do issue you both return labels, I promise I will send you the correct item at NO CHARGE to you to make up for this error! Please bear with me until Posh tells me what to do about fixing this. Gosh, I feel so bad and stupid!!!! I have never ever done this before!!! I am so sorry!!!!!

grinandwearit @shireen91 I am not sure, but maybe you should file a discrepancy thing or whatever you call it where you rate the item, just so you don't get charged for it after that 3 day waiting period. I feel bad enough, I sure don't want that to happen. I am still wailing on support to help me with this and I have sent them all the texts I have sent to you 2 ladies. I will let you know something AS SOON AS I DO!!!! I am still stressing on this and feel awful. I am so sorry!!!!!

grinandwearit @shireen91 Could you please give me the tracking number so I can give it to Posh Support. The other lady is very upset and I have had to ask for Posh Support again. THE PACKAGE IS NOT SHOWING THAT IT WAS EVER SENT WITH THE POSH LABEL, NO TRACKING NUMBER. when the other lady sent yours I got all that information immediately. Thank you.

grinandwearit @shireen91 If nothing else, Posh support has the transaction number where they sent you the label. It would just be alot less trouble if we had a tracking number. On the orders it is showing that you never used the label or sent the item?????? With a tracking number I could at least give it to the other Posher that is waiting on her item, so she could tell where it is and when it will be delivered. Thanks.

I just feel really bad for the other Posher waiting on her item when you already got yours plus another that you ordered from me already. Did you receive my card yet? Thank you for all your trouble. grinandwearit I have contacted Posh Support once again as the other Posher has still not received her watch item package from you. i have not received any tracking information regarding your return to her either. It is in their hands now. I am so very disappointed about this situation. It certainly isn't fair. Enjoy the free watch.
