shopladybird Hi! I just saw your eating, the post office was closed Monday and Sunday because of the holiday, I shipped it Saturday but my post office didn’t scan it in... what was wrong with packaging? I appreciate high ratings and saw you left only 3 stars on this high price item...

lulu2fee @shopladybird Hi to be honest the package didn’t get scanned until Thursday and the packaging was not secured. I spent about 20 mins getting a lot of knots out of the chain. Just could have been a better shipping effort. That was the only reason for the 3 stars.

shopladybird @lulu2fee thank you for the feedback, I packed the item as best I could with what I had, the necklace was like new normally $210 so it was an incredible deal,, wish you could overlook USPS’s delay in scanning since I sent it Saturday. But I appreciate your purchase and wish you lucky purchases in the future

bam_theyorkie FYI, user egoncharova & svarog are the same user and she sells all T&CO fakes. The smile necklaces are counterfeits , next to the clasp, the hallmark tag isnt even like that on the authentic. Shes blocked me so I cant warn people on the item

lulu2fee @ashleymjf6 you are a liar and I knew you would say that so I take pictures of the return at the post office! I have already sent them to Poshmark as proof. The bags had a nasty smell to it and stains not noted!!!!!
