@rachs1 Hi and thanks for reaching out! I haven’t sold anything yet. I need to add to my closet. But I have bought and received items. The order I received yesterday was missing a dress. I’ve sent her a comment and no reply. What do I do to make sure I get what I ordered?

@sherri7711 hi! I would contact Poshmark and let them know. You have 3 days from the time you receive your purchase to do so. Make sure you do not accept the purchase.

@sherri7711 in that case you can still contact Poshmark but I don’t think they will be able to assist. When you accept a purchase you are saying everything is fine and funds are released to seller. It’s ashame that the seller won’t respond to you.
