ashlyna101 Hey Sheri I'm really sorry to hear that your disappointed in the shoes. I tried my best to show the wear on the heel in the pictures but if it wasn't what you expected then I should have done a better job describing them. I hope that you still like then anyways. I truly haven't worn them more than 5 times, Minnesota just sucks for shoes because it snows more than half of the year and the salt damages everything. If there's anything I can do for you in the future let me know.
