resale17 I shipped 5 orders including yours. Those packages were all late. I apologize even though it was out of my control. I see where the issue can be resolved. I am sorry but did want to let you know I found that sometimes it is where you drop your packages off and not just USPS or UPS. That being said I will go 10 minutes away to ship from now on if need be. Thank you for your concern. I do understand your frustrations
