sbalntn Hi! Your package is arriving today..you don’t even have to open it b/c I got the packages mixed up and sent you the wrong item. I’m waiting to hear from poshmark and hoping they can just email you both the correct labels and you can send the package back out and the other buyer will do the same. SO sorry for the inconvenience. I have never messed up like this

Poshmark was awesome in responding so quickly and taking care of sending new labels. I believe they emailed you one. The other buyer is shipping your items to you on wednesday.

sbalntn @shelbysanche687 Poshmark emailed you a label. She just needs to print that out, tape the label on the box and drop it at the post office. It’s free...a pre paid label. Can she do that tomorrow?

I don’t want them to charge you for it and the buyer is getting upset with me. She has continued to contact poshmark and is now asking for a refund, so I want to get it sent to her asap. sbalntn @shelbysanche687 Whatever label you have, you can print it out and mail it. She just has to tape up the box, and tape the label on and mail out...drop it at post office and it’s free to send

sbalntn @shelbysanche687 Yes, whomever has a printer, could print it for her. I would give you my address to just send back to me, but then she would have it pay for it and the toy is heavy. This label is prepaid so free. She just has to find a way to print it..library is where I go sometimes

sbalntn @shelbysanche687 The other buyer just told me she took the package to a “pack and send” and they printed the label for her and also had free boxes there. That may be the easiest option if you have that where you live...do you?

sbalntn @shelbysanche687 Oh gosh...I guess she just needs to talk to someone about printing the label, right? She doesn’t have a way to print at home you said? Other than that, she just has to drop off the box at the post office. Could you maybe write in english for her on a piece of paper what needs to be done and take a picture of it for her to bring in? I don’t know..I’m just trying to figure out a way to get it sent today
