I’m sorry to hear you can not use the cleats. I listed pictures of the exact item. There is an option to not accept purchase when you receive the package. If you choose that option, I will gladly accept the return on my end when Poshmark reaches out to me.

@loveyloo the stock pics at the top of the post were of plastic cleats so it was very misleading. I should have clarified. I would be out a lot of shipping if I denied, so I will try to resell them on my own

Stock photos were using the style number and I also posted several pictures of actual items at every angle. I would never knowingly deceive anyone. I will change top photos to avoid any confusion. You might want to also remove them off of your listing! Poshmark will also reimburse shipping fees if you don’t accept a purchase. Most sellers are open to any questions you might have to clarify questions and would much prefer to communicate with a buyer than to receive a horrible rating.
