Hi this is @lorrie45. When I was looking at the sanita sizing chart a size 42 is size 10.5/11. I’m not sure why when I put listing in a 42 came up as a size 12. Not sure if you realized that because I didn’t. Please let me know if you still want to purchase these. So sorry about the this but I certainly don’t want to send these if they won’t fit.
