gigioscloset Hello, just saw your 3 star rating based on item description with the complaint that the boots are shorter than they look. The Hight of the shaft was included in the description and the UGG Adirondack III boot is a standard hight that doesn’t change. I went as far as making a new listing for you to get you free shipping, your order was sent out right away and you received brand new boots in their original shoe box with all factory packaging, boots that are sold out everywhere.

shaunasampson @gigioscloset hi. They appear taller in the photos. Still very nice, just shorter than they look in the pictures. Worn UNcuffed still gives me the height that I anticipated.
