sharmar3665 @_mssales_ just curious how long someone has to send product to me after it’s been purchased? And also do they respond before sending product? I purchased something on the 19th of November and haven’t had a response from seller and product shows as awaiting shipment.

_mssales_ @sharmar3665 with sending the product, Poshmark will send daily reminders (I believe after 24hrs). Once it has been 3-4 days after you purchased the item you can request for a refund. If it has been scanned by USPS, you cannot request a refund (situational). Me personally, I tell you where I am every step. I tell you when I pack it all the way to when I see it’s scanned/delivered.

_mssales_ @sharmar3665 I have had sellers not do anything extra. I pay for it and don’t hear anything until I get it. No fancy packaging. No note. Nothing. There’s no rule on god communication/ practice. But that’s what makes it “our shop” and not a chain. My tip, see how long it’s been since they have been active. If it’s been a while, you might miss out. If it’s daily, they might not have an urgent response time.
