meliss1141 I received your order Wed and shipped them out Fri morning. I’m bummed about the 1 star rating especially since you haven’t received your order yet. There is no reason to call American Express to dispute it, it has only been 4 days since your purchase. Shipping takes a couple days and add extra time for the weekend. Thank you for your purchase and I hope you will change the rating when you receive it. People on Poshmark work hard to get 5 star ratings and 1 star really hurts their business.

fitnessie It looks like I am at least the 4th seller you have given an unfair bad rating to, and at least the second seller you have threatened to contact your credit card company over after receiving your purchase. Poshmark requested that I tell you that you need to contact them. I’d like you to change your one star rating since I shipped promptly and Poshmark tracks deliveries, and you accepted the shipment, then claimed you didn’t receive it.

hts5 I contacted Poshmark as well regarding your dealings with me. I shipped the boots in a timely manner, and tracking shows they were delivered to your front door on Monday. There’s no need to contact your credit card company as you received exactly what you paid for. People on here work hard for their business, and you should not be taking advantage of that.
