jorear21 Yo dude I finally got a chance to wear those Jordan’s and on the first wear they fell apart. The sole cane detached from the shoe. Plz message me back about how this is to be handled. Thanks

jorear21 @shgupta16 that’s fine. I’m traveling a lot for work right now and finally got back to my office and got a chance to get them and wear them. I’ll send you pictures if you need them. The piece peeled back super easy.

shgupta16 @jorear21 hi - I finally heard back from poshmark support this morning. Since you are the buyer and experienced an issue with the purchase, you would need to open up a case with them citing the issue. Poshmark support will review the case and make a decision based off the details you provide, including providing you a refund if needed. Since I am the seller, there is not anything I can do at this point outside of the poshmark guidelines. Thanks.
