rbescala @shantejw once you make your first sale, posh emails you a shipping label. You package your item, and attach that label to your box. Once it's ready, you drop it off at your nearest USPS office and voila! you're finished with your end of the transaction! Once the buyer receives the package, they will "accept" it, rate it, and hopefully leave a nice note (that will show on your profile so other potential buyers can see that you're a trusted seller).

rbescala @shantejw When the buyer "accepts" the item, your earnings are released to you, and are reflected on your posh balance. You can use that money to purchase items on here, or have posh give you the money (directly to your account or they can send you a check)

rbescala @shantejw Has never happened to me, but I've seen it happen. Most of the times it's just lack of communication. For instance, the times that I've seen it happen it's because the seller has taken a while to ship and has not let the buyer know why the delay. So they drop off package at post office right when the buyer cancels the order (and package has not been scanned yet). So the package gets shipped, but since the buyer cancelled the order they get their money refunded...
