erinct22 Are you going to schedule redelivery of the BP top you bought from me? It looks like they tried to deliver it on August 12 & then had it at the post office for you to pick up or re-deliver.

kristinedouglas Good Afternoon. Wanted to follow up with you on the shirts you ordered. They have shown available for pickup for a couple of days now but they don’t seem to have been picked up as of yet. I’ve contacted Poshmark support on what I should do. They won’t release funds until you’ve picked up your item and pressed accept. Would you please let me know when you are to pick the item up. Thanks, Krissy

januarysummer Hi. The dress you purchased is ready for pickup. This happened with another buyer. She was in the business of purchasing items to satisfy her shopping addiction and feel good about being able to purchase items she couldn’t afford. It’s sort of like buying clothing at the store and returning. So, she didn’t want to pick up the package. I am hoping this isn’t the case. Please pick up your package. It’s been available for pick up since 9/15/21.

januarysummer @kristinedouglas Hi. This buyer may be in the business of purchasing items and not picking them up. It happened to me and several other sellers with another Posher. She couldn’t afford to keep the items, so she didn’t pick up the packages. It’s the idea of feeling good that they can shop. It’s disgusting really.

kristinedouglas @januarysummer thanks for letting me know! Well I’ve contacted poshmark and they are going to give her a few more days and then they are going to clear the payment and I’ll be paid for it. For the item- to my understanding if she doesn’t pick up I can actually request the package to be returned to me. So you may want to do the same. I don’t judge anyone before knowing the full story but it seems this happens a lot with this buyer and I didn’t know.

kristinedouglas @januarysummer also doesn’t show her logged in to poshmark since the 15th either. So who knows if she’s getting all the messages and the emails. Make sure to contact posh and say you wants funds released! Honestly to me they should be marked as delivered the minute they are available for pickup. And then 3 days to by and you get paid. It’s not our fault if she won’t pick up the items so apparently she’s given 7 days and then you get the money.

januarysummer @kristinedouglas Thank you for the info. I just contacted Poshmark. This is the second time it happened to me. It went on for weeks and weeks with the other buyer. I agree that we should automatically be paid three days after delivery no matter whether the buyer picked up the package or not.

kristinedouglas @januarysummer yes it’s a glitch or loop hole in my eyes. I tried to tell Poshmark before that the day is says available for pick up it should be marked as delivered. It technically would be delivered if they could deliver to the persons mailbox but either they don’t have one or they have requested pick up only. This has happened to me before too but usually the buyer goes to pick it up.

erinct22 @januarysummer Yes, she did. I have had it happen before though where other buyers get their order & never accept them, so funds don’t get released. Then they close the account (and probably open new ones). I am a little more suspicious if people don’t have much info on their profile.

kristinedouglas @erinct22 I’m shocked she did. But technically she’s already paid for the item the minute the order is placed. If you contact poshmark they will release the funds to you after 7 days. She doesn’t get a refund just because she left them at the post office for a while. But you also can file a report with USPS once your paid and then can ship the package back to you after she doesn’t pick up for so long. Hope that helps. It’s quite frustrating I know I’m so upset.

japanlillylulu Sellers beware. Cancel your order if this person buys form you! It’s a fake account who ships to a PO Box then never picks up. They are scamming posh and getting away with it.

januarysummer @danaone Hi. Poshmark automatically released the funds after waiting 10 days. But, if it happens to you, write to Poshmark immediately if the package isn’t picked up.
