dogmamabling Dear Shannon, I am a well established seller on this platform and take it very seriously as this helps support my family. If you were that unhappy with your purchase I would think you would have requested a return so I am going to assume this is retaliation because I didn’t accept your offer, your rating does not affect me but I will be reporting this to Poshmark support. Also the item was laundered and steamed prior to shipping, so your statement that it was dirty is false.

cannyfamily @dogmamabling. I apologize for not reaching out to you first. I have always rated sellers with very high marks. This was a first for me. I hold to my statements. This was not in retaliation. Good grief! I would not have purchased it if I didn't think I wanted it. I will edit my feedback and note that the seller was willing to problem solve the situation. May I then return this item?

dogmamabling @cannyfamily There is a guide to Poshmark policies that you should read, there are no returns due to fit. You should have asked for measurements if you are not sure a small would work for you. All garments are commercially cleaned and sanitized before shipping so maybe you are sensitive to detergents? My shop is not for you so take care!

cannyfamily @dogmamabling You made a claim that this was NWOT. Not new if you "washed" it. Really? And you were upset that I didn't request a return. Now, you want me to read policies? Yes, your closet is definitely not for me if you misrepresent your product. On a good note, this is the first negative event I have experienced with Poshmark. So I will be sure to share that with Support Services.
