ladylovely35 @prettygirlk25 Good morning! I received the bag yesterday but didn’t get a chance to open until this morning. The bag is gorgeous but it has a strong smell on the inside. Almost like cigarettes and febreeze maybe. There’s also a nick on the bottom of the bag that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I’m usually not a picky person and I understand that the bag is pre-loved but it’s for a client of mine that relies on me to produce items that are in excellent condition.

prettygirlk25 @ladylovely35 Goodmorning, cigarettes? That’s strange because I live in a smoke free home. The fabreeze scent would be my wallflower plug ins. But I completely understand. I’m very picky as well. And the nick is located at the bottom?? That had to happen in shipment. Is it no where on that last picture I posted of the bottom of the bag? Just keep me updated. Thanks.

ladylovely35 @prettygirlk25 I called around to a few cleaners and they said they may be able to help with the smell but it the tear didn’t happen with you then who did it happen with? Could it have been when the bag was being inspected? I’m confused now.
