I see you’re new to Posh & want to mention that marking down a seller because ‘the shoes didn’t fit as expected’ is not a valid reason. The shoes were brand new ... exactly what was pictured & shipped fast. How a shoe fits you isn’t something a seller should get marked down for as an area they need to improve.
