@sinina07 Hi Sarah, the dress went out in today’s mail although they probably won’t start tracking until this evening. I checked the garment again for defects and it looked okay. The only thing is that because it was hanging in the back of my closet, the overlay fabric was a little bit crinkly. It should be fine if you hang it out, or steam it a bit, but check care instructions and remember it is a vintage item. Thanks so much!😊

Hi Sarah, I am terribly sorry but the post office did not scan your package so I have no information on what’s going on. I shipped it out the same day as another Poshmark package and that one went out fine. I have already filed a report with Poshmark to investigate, but I wanted to let you know what was happening. @sinina07 Hi again, Sarah. Poshmark customer service is aware of the problem and now USPS is aware, as I filed a complaint online. I think what happened is that the package got misplaced/mishandled at my local PO but it’s so crazy over there due to the holidays that nobody realized the package didn’t ship😜 Again, I’m very sorry. I hope to get this resolved soon.😊🌲☃️

I went to my local post office yesterday and the manager assured me that the package would still get to you. Poshmark said they would refund your purchase and also make sure that I get paid, too, but I’m terribly sorry that this happened!
