mrsnice2006 Hi Sara, since they approved your refund you have 2 options. Can send everything back to me and then rebut if you want the other items or if you keep everything and don’t send it back they will charge you the price and it will be as if order was accepted. sbuckman712 @mrsnice2006 I really like the other items so I’d really rather just accept the order. When I started I wasn’t sure if they could do anything about one item in a whole bundle. I guess they treat it as one thing rather than pieces. I tried to accept the order but it’s telling me there is still an open issue so it won’t allow me to. I’m hoping that by the end of the day it’ll close out and I can just accept it. If not, I’ll contact customer service tonight and hopefully get it straightened out.

mrsnice2006 @sbuckman712 hi Sara I did not know either that the whole bundle would get sent back. You should of gotten an email telling you that they decided in your favor and when you return the items they will credit your account. You have 4 days I think to return everything and if you don’t they just keep it as it is. Was it the legs that were the wrong size or waist?

sbuckman712 @mrsnice2006 I think it was the legs. I actually think if they had been a bit wider in the leg I could have gotten them to work. I did get the email so I put in a customer service note that i decided to keep the order and to release the funds to you so you don’t have to wait 4 more days. If I had known it was all or nothing I would have just let you know they didn’t fit but would never have made a claim. I suppose now we know how that works.
