Hey Sandy I just got out the Gap Maternity Shirt to mail and it is def a dress! I would wear it with leggings I m not sure what I was thinking when I typed that . It measures 38 inches at the longest point in front. If you don’t want it I will just cancel the sale. I apologize for the confusion😕
