I’m sorry for your awful experience and totally disagree with the comment that you wrote on my page. If you had felt that poorly about your purchase; you should have reported it to Poshmark for a refund. Is there anything I can for you? Stephanie N

@madisonavenue26 hi, I am new to the Poshmark experience and didn’t realize that I had to report the purchase in the 72 hour time frame for a refund or I would have most certainly have done so. I have been very sick all week and just opened the package today. I don’t know what could be done at this point to make this particular purchase better.

@sandikegz ok well maybe you should read things before you buy and sell things on ANY website. Because I both buy and sell on here and I would never do what you just did. I would contact the Poshmark administrators. Because this my reputation here. And as you can see I have all 5 stars and nice comments, your my first complaint. Sorry you didn’t get what you thought you were getting.

@madisonavenue26 I don’t appreciate your attitude towards me. I’m sorry that in my opinion the items I purchased from you were definitely not gently worn. What are you able to offer to make me more satisfied with my experience with you as a Posher? Im sure most of the items you offer are sold as described and suitable for a 5 star rating. These particular items were not.

@sandikegz it is on its way back to me. so as soon as i receive it i can send it to you but the other item would need to be returned first. Yes please look becuase according to the shipping tracking it was delivered to your address. You may have over looked but please check. I believe you have to go on the purchase and request a return label

Hello Poshmark Customer Service emailed me saying they issued return labels to you and the other person. So you will be receiving your top soon unless you have already received it. Please make sure to send out the other item/jeans as they will be going directly to the correct purchaser thank you for your cooperation.

@madisonavenue26 wow she did the same thing to me!! My feedback is almost perfect and she did the exact same thing and didn’t report it it to Poshmark but instead tried to bash me! I guess she still doesn’t know how Poshmark works?!
