Hi sandra, im so sorry, when we were packing, the ribbon broke, being bone china its not reparible, i cancelled....im not sure if i have another 1...i kno if i buy another, it will be so expensive, because i just looked on ebay...WOW...200plus...but i hav a frien who lives in japan, tiffany makes them there, so i can see what she can do, really , i am so sorry.....
