luminajewelry Hi Sam. I can’t tell you how sorry I am for disappointing you. I never even noticed the hem. I certainly would have disclosed it as I did the repair but didn’t see it at all. I’ve never had a case opened and I’ve had almost 500 sales so I hope you know this was an oversight. I could always send a check for the repair supplies or I can take it back. It’s up to you and I’ll do whatever it takes to make you happy. Please let me know how I can make it right. Kristi. 😢

karmaguy @luminajewelry Hi Kristi. I only filed this report (never done this before) for accuracy's sake. I don't want this to reflect badly on your sales account what-so-ever ! I was getting ready to send funds to your account when the status of account asked for comments on the sale and I felt that I should say something about it. luminajewelry I’m not sure how they approach cases but if you wanted to keep the jacket, you may need to write Poshmark and ask not to start a return process. You can always give me a rating based on the issue. I won’t blame you if you give me a poor rating.
