vynyssa @salinaloveyou 😢Wow, that’s a big purchase. Posh rarely allows returns. They give a 3 hour window for the buyer to cancel, but it sounds like it’s past 3 hours? Go to your ‘my purchases’ area, select this item, and click on ‘problem with order’ ‘contact Posh Support’ and explain to Posh that it was a mistake and you will be happy to return it, if they will then refund you. If you know how you made the mistaken purchase, explain it to them. Let me know what happens next.

vynyssa @salinaloveyou If it has not shipped yet, try contacting the seller also. If it has shipped, the seller would have to have the item back before Posh would even consider a refund.

salinaloveyou @vynyssa I did do that they said it was pending and it will not charge my card then shortly after I got a email saying it was charged and put off shipping. So I emailed them again and then msg you. :( I don’t know what to do because I did not want to buy that. It was a accidental purchase that I did not even know I made until the next day when I saw on my bank account.

vynyssa @salinaloveyou OK, make sure you save all your EMs and messages from Posh. If it’s shipped already, you will have to get it returned to the seller. Make sure you know if it’s shipped out yet- I don’t really understand from your messages if it has been. This is important in your ability to maybe get a refund.

salinaloveyou @vynyssa no it said it was purchased on the 24th and was shipped yesterday. I ask to see the band 3 hrs ago cause I wanted to see what I was charged for the ring or the band because there were didn’t picture on the post and I didn’t understand why I was charged. It is currently out for shipping. I even got an email saying it was shipped out. I don’t know what to do.

vynyssa @salinaloveyou OK, I’m going to tag the seller so she can see what’s going on. But you are going to have to get approval from Posh for a return, which they may not allow, and then the seller needs the item back in her hand before they would consider a refund.
