novadog I’m sorry that you’re not completely satisfied with the item you purchased. I did mail ASAP however I think due to the US Postal Service there was delays on their end. Which posh also noticed. I also thought the item was in clean great condition it was not advertised as new. If you’re unhappy you’re welcome to return the item. I try really hard to please my buyers and I don’t want you to be unhappy.🥺
