mrsskulabeatz The shirt is still in near perfect condition. The only thing different was the tags were no longer on it. The color has not faded or changed from when I ordered it here off posh mark a year ago. But I am sorry that you misunderstood and thought it was brand new. I made it clear in the description of my post that it had been worn a couple times but was still in good condition and came from a smoke free home and had no stains or flaws.
