hey love i noticed you said the item is not as described, i also realized that i still had the murad cream. I accidentally put in the wrong item. If you'd like, you can cancel the case & i can ship you the murad cream & you can keep what i sent for free. So so sorry for that

i'm hoping you do get a refund for the mix up, but that is posh's decision not mine unfortunately. But if you do get your money back, i can list the serum again & you can buy it & i can ship out the actual serum. If there's anything else you're interested in i can bundle & sell you the serum for cheap. It is brand new & has never been used

@jassyjass02 I understand it has to go through that case. I just was getting the impression you also wanted me to pay for it a second time before the case was resolved? Which was kind of a departure from what you first mention there about sending me the right thing anyway hah.

@jassyjass02 I mean...can you at the least wait until I get the case resolved so I know I'm not paying for the same thing twice though it wasn't my fault? I totally get it was an honest mistake, I just feel a bit weird with paying for it twice so you won't sell it to someone else?

@jassyjass02 Yeah this is a pretty big bummer. I guess Poshmark will at least pay for the shipping to return it to you? But I have to take off time from work to do this. Just bummed. And I was really waiting on that serum because it helps my breakouts and my skin is insane right now. This is just all around not fun hah.

@jassyjass02 Okay so they approved my return. I'll send it tomorrow, but otherwise I had another thought. To make this more simple, I just keep this other moisturizer. And you relist the serum for very discounted price. Then I also won't refund the moisturizer (just keep it) and you can send the serum right away?

@jassyjass02(So I paid $46 for the moisturizer already...and if you charge me maybe $20 for the serum we can call it good - that would make me paying you a total of like $68 dollars in total for both products)

Not sure where the confusion about the Murad cream started but all my items are authentic and code was shown on picture there is no reason for me to sell something thats not authentic when I only use and sell original items. Second, you could had contacted me first to resolve the problem and third please next time buy it at Ulta or Sephora where I do buy my items from so you can pay original price and do not be questionable about it,

@gurogeisha fourth and last I do believe the packaging is different as they have new packaging not sure which one you already have it but there is no intention for my to sell something thats not what was posted. And again I added all pictures even it product open and for sure there was no liquid inside bc they way I photographed is the same way I ship it to you and of course before shipping it was also checked once again!
