sadiecole392 @mollies_closet2 I’ve been told poshmark is not trustable and people rarely get the items they order.. this is understandable because sellers are working individually but is it true that customer service is almost completely unreachable? i really want to buy some stuff but am concerned :(

mollie_bella @sadiecole392 I honestly have not had that problem at all. It did just happen to me where the person said that they didn't get their items I mailed even though it said it was delivered and Poshmark just compensated both of us. i promise I sent it but USPS can lose packages. Do you know how to read people's reviews so that you get an idea of what others bought and received from them? PM always answers me within 24 hours, its definitely not immediate tho.
